This oceanfront penthouse features four wonderfully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bath.  Two primary suites, both with an oceanfront view, feature a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.  “Top of Summer House” has two additional guest bedrooms.  One features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom and the other has two twins and its own bathroom. 

Convenience is at your doorstep from “Top of Summer House”, with easy access to the oceanfront Summer House community swimming pool and beach path.

“Top of Summer House” is close to most of what Wild Dunes has to offer.  The Harbor Golf Course, Links Golf Course, Sand and Sea Spa, Sweetgrass Conference Center, playground, shopping and five restaurants are all a short walk or bike ride from the Summer House community. 

“Top of Summer House” is professionally managed by Michael Long and Lowcountry Vacation Properties.  Michael has been managing vacation homes on the Isle of Palms since 1991 and is ready to help you find the perfect place for you and your family.

Parking:

Limited to two cars. 

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:

The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company. 

Additional Amenities Include:

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.

No smoking or vaping.

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.  To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.
